Mountain Wind
Welcome to the Internet site for Inner Alchemy, an eight-page quarterly newsletter-journal dedicated to the alchemy of self-transformation. This publication explores ideas and practices related to Gurdjieff, Taoism, and other great spiritual traditions in the search for greater meaning. It also explores the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of breathing, chi kung, meditation, somatic awareness, and other transformative disciplines. And Inner Alchemy looks at modern society from the standpoint of how it helps or hinders our search. We hope you will enjoy the articles from Inner Alchemy that we have included here.
