Gurdjieff, Taoism, Advaita Vedanta, and other great
spiritual traditions.

The Mountain Wind Qigong Center offers talks, classes, and
workshops led by Dennis Lewis, author of The Tao of Natural
Breathing, and the audio program from Sounds True entitled Breathing
as a Metaphor for Living.
On-Going Breathing, Chi Kung, Tai Chi,
and Meditation Classes
We are not currently offering any ongoing weekly group
classes, though we do offer private sessions. Click

will soon be offering an ongoing class on Wu Style Short Form Tai
Chi in San Francisco. If you would be interested in this class
